We hope you love your order, but understand that things don’t always work out! We want to make your return and exchange requests as easy as possible. Please see our guidelines below:


  • Apricot Lane Boutique Centennial gladly accepts returns of items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with all original tags attached and original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order. 


  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days from date received.


  • We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.


  • All clearance, intimate apparel, pre-orders and accessories are final sale.


  • Once a returned item is received, please allow 3-4 business days to process. It can take up to 10 business days to see a refund put back into your account (based on your bank). 


  • Original shipping charges or duties are non-refundable.


  • All returns must be received by returns department within 14 days from date package is delivered for full refund (minus shipping).


  • Although we thoroughly inspect our inventory for damages, a damaged item might slip by us from time to time. If you receive a damaged item, we are happy to exchange the item or return the item for a full refund. 


  • Want to exchange? There is not a guarantee we will have what you are wanting once we receive your return. If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund.
